Understanding the user
Competitive audit and benchmark analysis were key to differentiate from a strong competition, yet targeting to the same branded website B2C audience. Main contents needs were identified, based on specific deep-dives on the early steps of customer journey. SEO was another fundamental pillar of this analysis, thanks to specific needs identified by clusters of keywords.

Design phase
In terms of UX and UI design, we followed a standard path by starting from concept definition, wireframes designs followed by responsive UI definition into 5 viewports. We started form the Amplifon Design System, keeping similar interaction components, declined in a completely new visual identity. We followed the Atomic design approach, to leverage on existing components yet ensuring the right level of flexibility for content strategy and target-specific storytelling needs.
AA WCAG Accessibility standards were ensured by design for all components; we relied to AAA standards for copy-content oriented components.

Delivery
We went live in 6 months after the kick-off, with a cross-country dynamic approach. We now count the launch of this platform in more than 10 countries, in 3 different regions (EMEA, APAC, US).
